Shipping Options

We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEX). International shipping is quoted per order.

You can see the available shipping methods and their cost before making a purchase. Simply place the item(s) in your shopping cart and then click the "Calculate Shipping Cost" button on the shopping cart page.

The delivery time to expect for each shipping method is displayed on the shipping page during checkout. A few things to note: Priority Mail averages 2-3 days delivery to most locations.

The shipping times are calculated from the day we ship your order, not the day that you place your order!

  1. We ship Monday through Friday.
  2. The post office delivers Monday through Saturday.
  3. FedEX delivers Monday through Friday.

We normally ship in-stock items within 1 to 2 days. However, orders placed late in the day almost always ship on the following day. Please consider this when requesting overnight delivery.

We can also arrange other shipping methods upon request. Just call us at 1-800-327-1458 for any special arrangements.

For all international orders, you are responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes that may be levied by your government on the items shipped.

On occasion, we may change the selected shipping method to an alternate method if it makes more sense (e.g. the package will arrive sooner) and there will be no additional charge for this service. This decision is at our discretion.

Note that an order can be sent to only one destination address. If you need to send gifts to more than one destination, please make a separate purchase and checkout for each destination.

Return Policy & Procedure

We try to make returns easy. First, some general rules:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase date on receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  2. Customer must pay return shipping charge unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.
  3. To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the item must still be in new condition. In other words, unless otherwise noted below, if we cannot sell the product in the condition it is returned, then we will not issue a refund.
  4. In all cases, a refund can be provided only to the original purchaser and in the method used for original payment (e.g. credit card, check, PayPal, etc).
  5. For international orders, the customer must pay all shipping charges to return an item to us and/or to reship an item to the customer, without exception.

There are several reasons why you may want to return an item.

You shipped me the wrong item!

We apologize for shipping the wrong item! We strive for zero errors, but sometimes we're a little spaced out from drinking too much coffee (but not often!). Contact us at 800 327 1458 or info@artifactsco.com to arrange for the return and shipment of the correct item.

The item is not what I thought it would be!

Item must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Item must be in original, unused condition. The item must NOT show any signs of use or wear!

Contact us at 800 327 1458 or info@artifactsco.com to arrange for the return and shipment of the correct item. Upon receipt, we'll refund you for the full purchase price of the item, minus shipping. If the item or packaging is in a condition where we cannot sell it, we'll refund 50% of the purchase price, minus shipping.

My item is damaged!

If your package arrives damaged, or items in the package are broken even when there is no external package damage, please keep all package materials including the external box. Call us immediately at 1-800-327-1458 and we will file a damage claim on your behalf. The shipping company may want to inspect the packaging.
